You are solely responsible for the images you upload to our Service. By using the Service, you agree NOT to upload:

• Images containing illegal, explicit, or highly inappropriate content.
• Images of individuals who have not consented to having their image processed by AI.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion if we believe these terms have been violated.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the original images you upload. You grant us a temporary license to process these images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The generated images are provided for your personal use. While you may use them commercially, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions, and we make no guarantees regarding your ability to claim copyright over the output.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service uses experimental AI technology. We do not guarantee that the generated images will meet your expectations, be error-free, or be suitable for any particular purpose. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
